I had around 30 boxes plus my couch and a heavy dresser. The crew loaded everything in 2 hours flat. Nothing was damaged. Honestly, I’ll never move without them again.
Wasted considerable time with a company that proved to be careless from beginning to end. Avoid this company if you prefer honesty, clarity and your instructions to be heeded. Half of my items have not been moved and the quote I received was not anywhere need the amount I was billed. At every turn I was met with employees remiss in their duties. I sent photos to avoid a misunderstanding in what I needed moved, and yet, was directed to mislabel/misidentify items. I sent photos of each item, along with a list, and yet, only half of my items were packed. When I learned they would be unable to take all of the items they had agreed to (and for double the price I was quoted!), I gave instructions about priority, and yet, those were ignored completely. service line while the movers were at my home; the call was unanswered and subsequently NEVER returned. I texted my original contact who promised action on Monday, and yet, customer service line! The recklessness of the employees continued when they left the gate to my property obviously open! Feeling frustrated, I reached out to customer service again. I received no response to my request for assistance for several days. The lackluster response I eventually did receive left much to be desired. The response asked to provide additional information in order to assist, and yet, when I promptly sent that information to them, it was tossed aside, my time wasted and myself left feeling exasperated. Save yourself the trouble of being deceived and abused by Homesafe Transit and choose another company.
Tyler and Emmanuel dropped several of our boxes and damaged our furniture. Do not be misled by the website or reviews; they are simply LOW-KEY people with a “”Budgeted”” vehicle, not a professional moving firm. AVOID, at all costs!”

Horrible customer service. Called for a quote and after mansplaining to me for serval minutes, they hung up on me because I didn’t want to confirm the reservation right then and there. Tells me everything I need to know about who they are as a company. Hard pass.
I did a yelp search for moving company’s. When you do this, multiple company’s respond. This company continued to call, email, and text multiple times why I was unresponsive. I finally answered and nicely let the representative of this company that I had already found a company and before I could finish my sentence they hung up. Again Rude. Tells me a lot about their care of service.
I could not have asked for more professional or efficient service. The movers showed remarkable adaptability and dedication. All of my personal belongings were handled and packed with care and arrived in perfect condition.
Horrible service from every part. Our pick up time and day were changed 3x in 24 hours. We were called at 9pm the night before the move and told that pickup time was changed again, and that the driver had to be paid in cash before pickup would be started. we were suddenly told that there were extra fees for almost EVERYTHING on moving day, to the point that we just donated a $600 generator to charity because of the extra fees of transporting it if we could not verify that there was no gas left in it (how does one do that?) I asked in advance about 2nd and 3rd floor pickup and delivery (from 2 story house to 3 story this) well in advance and was told there was no extra charge on either rend, but the driver told us it was $75 on both ends. As the last piece was being brought in, and I started to breathe a sigh of relief, they gashed a hole in our ceiling while carrying it upstairs. there’s more but that’s enough – DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
If you’re considering using this company for a move, trust me and my horrible experience….do not do it!! No matter how much time you spend working on the inventory (giving exact item numbers and measurements), the movers pull up, without even attempting to load your items, and tell you that you’ll need the whole truck. It’s a total scam! And, in the midst of mixing, which is stressful enough, you’ll be left paying double or having to come up with a “Plan B”
RUN do not walk RUN if you are considering using this company. This is a total scam and they prey on your kindness. I contacted this company and spoke to Paul Barilla who spent an hour on the phone with me going through my inventory list. I asked all of the right questions and even went through the inventory list again with Naomi at customer support. Paul Billow even gave me his personal number to call for anything at anytime. Interestingly enough once they collected a $2,318 deposit from me Paul was nowhere to be found. Paul quoted me $5,795 assuring me the final payment, after the initial deposit, would not exceed this amount. When the movers showed up they asked for more than $12,000. I live alone in a 1 bedroom apt it is impossible for my goods to cost that much to move, even with inflation. Again, where was Paul offering help at anytime? Ultimately, I was completely taken advantage of and deceived by Paul Barilla and still do not even have my goods.
