-5 stars if I could. Once the booking was done it was all down hill from there. They send you one charge and nickel and dime for any and everything, do not communicate at all, even after I called and emailed multiple times on multiple days. When I had the audacity to complain, the General Manager Frank and the Regional Manager Dillon, mocked me, told me I was uneducated and ignorant, looked up my social media and read my taglines back to me in an effort to threaten me stating the things they would do if I left a bad review after seeing I was a black woman, and then proceeded to call me back to continue the taunting after I ended the unprofessional, juvenile call. I highly do not recommend. Not to mention the movers dropped several boxes and broke a lamp. This company is a scam and clearly not safe to deal with
It’s rare to find people who actually care during a move, but these folks did. They took their time packing delicate items carefully. Even the big pieces of furniture were wrapped with precision.
