They disassembled the bed with precision, moved it in parts, and reassembled it seamlessly. Not only did they solve the problem, but they did it efficiently and with a smile.
They delivered my sectional after a 3 month wait and the delivery men ran out the door in seconds without allowing me to inspect. I called them immediately as there was a hole in the chaise cushion and many glue spots on another. The quality was nothing like what was in the showroom. They sent me an email and apologized and said I would get new covers sent right away but it has been a month and the store stopped answering the phone I felt completely scammed for my money.
