The movers showed up on time. They called 30 minutes before they arrived at the site to make sure everything was set up for their arrival. They were quick and efficient while taking great care of my belongings. The employees were quite nice and helpful. We won’t be using that particular Moving Direct Van Lines again when we relocate!
Relocating is rarely enjoyable and frequently difficult. I’m so relieved I avoided dealing with that! After using Moving Direct Van Lines LLC, I swore I’d never try to relocate again on my own. Moving Direct Van Lines LLC performed an excellent job of keeping my things secure and organized. The guys were a great crew, and everything went smoothly throughout the relocation. I wholeheartedly endorse them for any and all moving-related tasks.
Once I decided to go with them, the planning process kicked off. They assigned a relocation coordinator to me, and this person was basically my guardian angel throughout the entire process. They walked me through every step, from creating a custom moving plan to setting a date that worked for me. Super organized, which I appreciated.
Avoid. Worst experience ever. Tried to avoid the stress of moving from California to Washington by having a company help with the transport of our belongings. We started strong with this company, but then everything went downhill. Moving Direct Van Lines is a middle man. They claim to only use reputable movers, but MMG Movers (the actual moving company) was a pure nightmare. They have a calculated approach to gouge you with exorbitant increases in fees by claiming that you have more cubic feet than what they have listed. These companies bully you with “you have a contract, and you’ll lose your deposit.” Our deposit was over 3K. Moving Direct offered zero support other than to change to a new carrier. How could I trust them? At that point, we severed ties and are seeking legal reparations. You can read our full experience on the BBB website for both companies.
We were totally blown away by how awesome Moving Direct Van Lines was at using bubble wraps. The artwork came in mint condition, with no damage or anything. We got some real pros who know how to use bubble wrap to keep your stuff safe and sound!
Friendly and helpful guys!! Thanks to the flawless packing job, my possessions were safe and secure in their bubble wrap. When I repeatedly requested them to arrange certain furnishings, I was grateful for their patience.
These guys worked quickly and diligently despite the challenges presented by the huge construction project taking place in our building, which slowed down our move. They also departed without harming any of the walls or destroying any items, despite the fact that our townhouse is three stories high and rather far from the truck.
Both William and Michael performed superbly. They arrived right on time, as planned. They were really helpful, educational, and productive. They waited patiently as we worked out the kinks in our plans for the new home. You may be sure that I will recommend your services to everyone I know who is looking to relocate. Exceptional service. These guys were like lightning bolts, zooming through my move in record time. They carefully wrapped my furniture in blankets and plastic wrap, ensuring it arrived at my new place without a scratch. They even took the time to place foam padding on the corners of my delicate wooden dresser to prevent any bumps. The movers were friendly and professional.
they sub contract everything out change their pricing , hire inexperienced movers , broke a lot of our furniture, glass, and many other things… claim department was another company… that required more paperwork then you could imagine….
