The storage facility offered by this moving company was first-rate. It has everything I could want, including being clean, spacious, and open at times convenient for me. The storage process was quick and easy thanks to the staff’s professionalism.
Use this company at your own risk. The customer service is horrible as they will answer the phone using different names, not answer the phone during business hours, or put you on hold and you get mysteriously disconnected. The only great thing about this company are the contracted movers. My movers were nice and professional. I will NEVER use this company again and I suggest that you do the same.*Update* They post fake reviews giving themselves 5 star ratings…please note my example below of “Theola Neill” and “Claire Gonzalez.”
Davis and his staff were really considerate. They took extra care to protect fragile items and cautiously packed my parents’ belongings. They also made my parents feel at home by setting up the new location. For them, it was a welcome change.
This company of crooks & thieves will extort you in to paying more than you should have to at your most vulnerable time! Total nightmare! It has been over a month, they damaged most of my furniture and charged $1100 over what they should have for the move (extortion by David). I would have been better off leaving my things and buying all new. Seriously, call another company, not this one… you’ll regret it!
The staff was top-notch. My things were moved from a storage facility to my new residence. They made my work easier and less stressful.. The movers worked quickly and carefully to relocate and arrange everything to perfection. If you need professional movers, they are the ones to call.
SCAM. Will hold your belongings hostage and demand almost double what they initially quote for a move. DO NOT USE.
Back out because they will extort you. The police need to congregate in business dealing like this. I have never had my stuff held for random money. Please arrest these convicts. They are as crooked as they come
Friendly and accommodating staff. They made my move extremely easy. I highly recommend them for their moving services! I had an abrupt move and they were able to assist me in an efficient manner. Their staff is professional and kind. My personal items were handled with care and they were consistent in communication. Thank you guys for all of your great work and help!
Crooks! Sign a contract and take payment for one price and then put into action the “moving company scam” trying to extort you out of thousands while holding your property hostage. Beware!
Pick up went well, delivery took longer than 30 days. Movers showed up 12 hours late and high, it took them 4+ hours to complete what should have been an hour job. Every box marked fragile was smashed. Two boxes with family memorabilia were missing. Both my Harleys were laying on their side with boxes piled on top. Bikes were dented, tail light smashed, grip, foot board, headlight damaged. Tape and strap marks ruined paint in several areas. Movers insurance offered $75 settlement.
