I had a long-distance move, and the movers stayed in touch the whole time. Everything arrived on schedule and in perfect condition. Their communication made me feel completely at ease
My office move involved heavy filing cabinets. Elite Relocation Group Inc had the right equipment, loaded everything quickly, and made sure files stayed in order. When I unpacked, everything was exactly where it should be.
We asked Elite Relocation Group Inc to move our dining table, chairs, and a china cabinet. The crew wrapped each piece with care, strapped them tightly in the truck, and nothing shifted on the drive.
Pathetic! I had to wait for about 2 hours, and when they came the staff was stinky, lazy, and not practiced. Abusive Customer Service, After spoiling my mood and moving they asked to pay me extra as a tip, though the amount I paid them was already more than they deserved. Please beware.
To complete the relocation, Pan Transit Van Lines LLC sent two more movers to pack the belongings as early as possible, which I didn’t ask for. And in the end, they sent me a bill with very high charges. Very unprofessional staff!!
Stay clear, consumers. All they care about is their commissions, not your needs. We specifically ask that are long distance moving go straight to its destination, and we were told it would, and it wasn’t. Price changes once movers got to our home, 4000 more. Bernard lied through the whole process. They are not movers they are recruiting movers. They put you on a bidding board. The movers haven’t a clue of your request from them, they took our merchandise to a warehouse for 5 days then got another moving company to bring it to us. Our merchandise came damaged and stolen. Even their insurance is a joke 3rd party. This was our first big move, and trust me, our last. They avoided all communication with us after they got their deposit. Their supposed to be problem support supervisor is a rude, inconsiderate, non-professional receptionist. That tells you she is in a different location and can’t locate the person who set up your move, lied for 6 days. They are in the same location. Trust us consumers find yourself a company that has their own movers, not contracted movers. Pay the extra money for a piece of mind, and you will still be able to enjoy what you work hard for.

Started at 5000 by the time they were thru with me 11000Another mover charged me 4000and got it done THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY !! DONT LET THESE PEOPLE SCREW YOU OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY
You guys are efficient and well-organized, and I appreciate how you take such good care of transporting the customers’ stuff from AL to CA. Everyone should totally use Pan Transit Van Lines.
They damaged all my boxes, lost my items including large furniture pieces, lied about perfect service and the estimate was way off!! Do not trust these salesman. They are lying to you. Pick up and drop off was bad timing- they kept pushing it off to a later date and time. They nearly doubled the price at pick up. They really force you into things and take advantage of you while you’re stressed and moving.
This company shows 5 star ratings, but then they pass you off to a moving company with horrible ratings and service. Don’t use this company! The underquoted us by $7,000 and told us our furniture would be delivered in 1-10 days. Once they had our furniture in hand, they now state they can take up to 21 days to deliver. When you first speak with them, they put themselves across as the mover. They are actually just the broker that turns you over to a less than reputable moving company.
